In a day and age of excess it is easy to overlook the amount of trash that is thrown away daily in our homes, places of work, and restaurants. The other night not having eaten since breakfast hunger pains were setting in, it was around 8 PM and I needed a quick meal. My wife had already eaten so i asked her if she would go along for the ride, she accompanied me to the local fast food restaurant a mile or so from our home.
